Duch (nederlands) => naitive
French (français) => my country has 2 official languages so we need to learn french at school even tough we don't use it in our family

englisch learned at school for 9 years,

and then i can speak a little little bit of dutch, because i lived near the barrier of the netherlands. the most of dutch i can only understand.

but i would say it has to be "ich liebe Deutsch zu lernen." but no guarantee of german grammatics 
can you understand your bavarian exchange-partner? i moved with 13 from the north of germany to bavaria and i really had big problems to understand this hard dialect... now i have to hear all the day swabian and thats so much the worse
