I speak English only. I did German in school and can only remember the odd word, even after 5 years of studying it.

I used to know a good deal of sign language but have forgotten pretty much everything

I want to learn it again, it is fun! Anyone here know sign language?

You should add portuguese to the poll!
I speak portuguese, english (duh!), french, german and spanish. But i'm only so-so on the last 2 tongue while with the other three i'm fluent big_smile

I can do the letters of the alphabet but not the whole words tongue
It's fun, me and my sister praticised it a lot when we were younger

I speak English, Dutch and Italian, and I understand a little German and Spanish (because it's similar to Dutch and Italian). I actually had French classes for 5(!) years in secondary school, but all I can say is bonjour and au revoir hmm it's so difficult!

I am Portuguese and in this game I talk portuguese too with my portuguese friends smile

my mother language is Croatian and I speak perfectly Serbian, but those two languages are the same (just called differently, actually - but the Croats and Serbs are very sensitive about it): in days of Yugoslavia it was called Serbo-Croatian (or vice versa).
other languages: English, German, Italian, Slovenian....and I understand written Spanish and French, but not spoken.
I can also read cyrillic letter.

My first language is German and I am learning English for about 6 or 7 years now at school (but the first two of them in Elementary School were senseless) and I (used to) learn Latin, but thats nothing you could call a language. And since this year I am learning Spanish at school, yeah!n
