This is so silly!!! Nearly every year someone says that the end of the world will come in that year....

And no, I don't. It (the calender) had to stop somewhere, and they were pretty well ahead of themselves when they did stop working on it.
Besides, if they knew everything, why couldn't they predict the end of their civilization?
No offense to anyone of Mexican / possible Mayan desent, but while they were advanced in many areas, they were very primative in others. They would sacrifice their people for losing a game that was very similar to modern day soccor (football, for you english folks), and they are thought to have possibly been cannibals.
I wouldn't cancel any travel plans for it!

Other than that, just Google it. It was hard to find another page to recommend that wasn't full of outlandish theories. I don't believe everything I read

Basically, if you see it all the time you're special in some way. At least, that's what they say. It's almost always tied to the 2012 apocalypse thing... I guess the people who see it are either supposed to play some role in the events or become the first to be enlightened (assuming it's a global enlightenment and not a global annihilation lol)

After reading the link I came to a conclusion of a possible planned mass suicide. Lines such as get friends that follow the digital reasoning, and the end of your physical state will end, and once you've opened the digital door you cant go back led me to this theory. It wont be all that will be doing this I think but just extremists of this theory.
Anyone else interperate this from reading the link above?

I didn't see it that way, but that could just be because I'm use to reading the occultic mumbo jumbo...

What it did remind me of is a few stories... there was a guy who had an infatuation with the number 121, he saw it everywhere and in everything.

Same with Nicoli Tesla and the number 3.  Everything he did was based on that number.

You can pick almost any number and say it means "this"... and trace absolutely everything that relates to "this" back to it... (sort of like Kevin Bacon).
