MY MOM THINKS I SMOKE BECAUSE I COME HOME AFTER SCHOOL AND I SMELL OF SMOKE....
THE ONLY FOR THIS IS THAT I SIT ON THE TOP DEACK AND BACK OF THE BUS AND PEOPLE SMOKE THEIR SO I BEGIN TO SMELL LIKE IT........
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE HER TRUST ME MORE AND MAKE HER BELIVE THAT I WOULD NEVER SMOKE AT ALL LET ALONE UNDER AGE hmm

Well if you suddenly start walking or whatever, you'll stop smelling of smoke, which would seem like you've been found out, which is why you stopped smoking. If that makes any sense.

So just tell her what you've told us.

Also tell her that it upsets you that she doesn't believe you. Unfortunately when mums decide they've 'found out' something nothing you can say really helps. My mum was convinced for about 3 years that I was sexualy active when I wasn't. I couldn't convince her any other way so I just had to live with the lectures roll

That already happened to me too some years ago...
My mom thought that I was smoking because when went from a coffee shop or a restaurant I would smell like smoke... But now my country has a new law that forbid smoke inside of restaurants and stuff...
You have to talk to your mother and explain the situation I have sure that she will understand... but if she doesn't maybe she could go to the bus and see that people smoke there and that's why you smell like smoke.

I don't really know what to suggest, but you aren't the only one. My mum didn't trust me for ages. She thought I was steling money. She has only just started to trust me again, after my sister moved out and the money stopped going missing. Just hang in there.

Chantellar is right, if you walk to school and you don't smell of smoke your mum will think that she found out that you do smoke.

Once straight back from school i put on spot gel which stank of alcohol and i went to 'greet' my mum and she smelt me and said i was drinking alcohol till i stuck the spot gell up her nose and told her to stop jumping to conclusions!

& Also since where you allowed to smoke on a public bus?! You'd get a fine for that! Tell the bus driver or something!

Maybe you should tell an authority figure, so that those people get in trouble, and then tell your mom that and then she will see you were telling the truth, so then she will have more trust in you. I hope i helped smile
