well im not a freshman anymore but its was so fun I was a lil scared though but I have fun I met so many new people now im in the 11th grade and trust me I cant wait till school starts 2morrow. U will feel like u run the school.. LOL!!

I just started school today! I'm in grade 11 though. Freshman year here is Gr.8... so technically I am a junior. But I remember my freshman year very well,,, it's gonna be great for you! just be yourself and prove or show rather that you are the best no matter what anybody does or says and you'll be fine! in greece there is junior high school (3 years) and senior high school (3 years)
i'm on my 2nd year of senior high school. the first one was really tiring coz i had so much studying to do but it was generally cool. smile

I'm in Year 9 and hating it. As I always have done. I am intelligent and in all the top sets but I'm being pushed too hard for GCSE, for which we started coursework today. I have only just turned 13 literally a week ago. How harsh can you get yikes ?!

I just started my senior year last week and it rocks. It's so fun ruling the school. My friends and I have been waiting forever to be at the top and now we are, and it's great. Freshman year can be fun too, but just beware of the upperclassmen... and don't be too gullible. I'm glad you like high school. People who don't like it just don't do well at academics or else they're unpopular or both haha. tongue Just kidding. Who wouldn't like school? There's something for everyone. Try to balance both socializing and academics and expect to learn a LOT, and you'll do great. I hope you have a great year big_smile

I think Freshman year of high school was the only one I really enjoyed. It was new and exciting. And after that it was boring because you knew what to expect.

well if you call it secondary school then freshman year is just the first year of secondary school. We have 4 years of secondary school here which we call high school. Each year we call a "grade". Theres 9th grade (which we call freshman year), 10th grade (sophmore year), 11th grade (junior year) and 12th grade (senior year).  Its all very confusing and unnecessary if you ask me. When I was in high school I never refered to myself as a freshman or sophmore or any of that, I'd just say i was in 9th or 10th grade or whatever grade I was in.
