I did this about a month ago to work out the most expensive but I don't think the dieter shoes were around then. Anyway I got more or less what you got but then I altered it slightly so it would look less carcrash, this is what I came up with;

The bag, jacket and glasses have been changed. The price difference is just over  $1000 so in my opinion it’s worth it for the massive improvement in style.

I think level 15 will. But if you want to have all clothes, you must reach level 20 I think.

It's lvl 25 to have access to all non vib clothes. And I think there are new clothes on lvl 15, not sure though and a lot of new on lvl 20 smile
