Job Training and BA Challenges

These are both very good ideas.

There is not much to do while waiting for job training to complete.  It is boring.

And giving BA for winning any challenge is a very good idea too.

me too i don't like it accept challenge for money i do it 1 or 2 times cause wasn't has the knowledge at that time and i lost money. but now on i only do it without money.

I think 50BA for winning a challenge might be too much - but I sure would love to see like 5 given.   I would also LOVE to see a button on the page where you finish your challenge where you can give cred if you like a bimbo right there.  Not only would everyone learn what cred is and how to get it earlier, they would be encouraged to actually GIVE cred because it was relatively easy.

On the job tip, what if jobs worked differently, like levels.  So you had a choice when you were a baker.  You could take off work for several days, pay for training, and get the level two job of hairdresser for $70 a day, or she could make sure she has enough IQ and enough something else (I would assume attitude would be the option) and she could choose to move to Pastry Chef, a level 2 bakery job, for say $65.  That way people would have a choice - pay for training and wait it out, or get "promoted" by earning points - something they would have more control over.

I like it so much the idea from daddysgirl about give bimbo cred right in to the challenge.

yh there arent that many ways to get enough BA there should be a more easier solution for it like the one you suggested i totally agree.
