Straight or curly hair?

I have wavy hair... For very special occassions I curl it. Being so long it takes A LOT of hairspray to keep it in place. I sometimes straighten my hair on weekends, but that's only once a month or so. I always deep condition as well.

I've got both! The bottom layer of my hair is all smooth and straight but it's hidden by the top layer, which is really wavy. I don't really understand how my hair does it, but I think it's really cool. That makes it hard for me to sway in preference to either straight or wavy..

Usually someone with wavy hair will look better when they straighten it, but someone with those naturally sproingy curls should never take it for granted, 'cause people with naturally straight hair can never achieve those!

i like both. it depends what i'm in the mood for. on other people curly hair catches my attention just because i don't see it often, probably because a lot of people straighten their hair. i have naturally waivy hair and usually wear it that way.

Mine's like that too smile I've got big, loose curls, but closer to my neck it's straighter. Maybe more people have hair like that than we'd think? We just don't see it. smile

When I put leave in conditioner in my hair and let it dry, I get very nice ringlets. They actually look like I used a curling iron. But If i don't use product in my hair... FRIZZYYY!!

I think that both straight and curly hair can be beautiful.
It always depends on what mood I'm in.

Lol my best friend has massively curly hair and she practically always straightens it when we are going out for a night on the tiles but on the odd occasion that she has left it curly she gets swamped by people telling her how jealous they are and how gorgeous it is although she just get's so bored of it always being curly...

i like to decide depending on the weather.
if its humid i leave it curly, if its nice out, ill straighten it.

It depends on the person. I usually prefer hair with some texture to it, though, and I do have a preference for curls.
I have naturally poker straight hair and it drives me nuts. It's so dull. So many people have told me I look amazing with curled hair (and I personally think I look better), too *sighs* I can spend hours curling it, though, using half a ton of product, and it'll straighten itself within a couple of hours. It's evil >.< It would cost a small fortune to get a perm, but I'm still pretty tempted...

when some people straighten their hair it goes really flat. Straight hair was in fashion but now its all about big curly wavy hair

CURLY!!! I used to straighten it but it really damaged my ends, especially as curly hair is more fragile, so now i let is hang loose, and it looks much better!
I mean, do what is right for you. Natural hair looks better, I think.
