Yep, you will get BA points. But the amount you can sell it for will decrease each day by half of the rent value(different for each flat/house).

For example:

The rent is 21 BD daily. So half it, 10.5 BD. Now this value will be taken away from 5000Bd each day you live in the flat. So after 4 days the value of the flat will be:
5000BD-10.5BD=4989.5BD
4989.5BD-10.5BD=4979BD
4979BD-10.5BD=4968.5BD
4968BD-10.5BD=4958BD

So after about 477 days(5000/10.5) this flat would be worthless!

Go to the City and the OuaOua pet store (where you bought your cat). It's the shelf on the right. You click on it and it takes you to the pet accessory store.

You can also buy pet food there or at the regular shop under the "pets" tab.
