When you've bought it, go to your items and click to use the object. After you've done that your Bimbo will lose a little weight everyday you log in

Once you buy it go to "my items" tab at the top of the screen then when you see the exercise bike on that page it should have button that says "use" just below it. Click that and it will come out of your cupboard and go to the top of the screen - Then you're using it.
