Challenges bugs here.

Hello DeathRay,

My challenges started working correctly a few minutes ago.  In fact they are working the best they ever have so thank you for whatever you did.

I use Avant normally but when I have trouble logging in I switch to Firefox. The server is www3.

When I was having problems the system would only allow me to challenge 2 or 3 at a time.  I would then go back to the "my bimbo" page and click on challenges again and challenge another 2 or 3.  This would work a few times and then the message would come up about the bimbo team working on the problem.

I don't know if this is a bug or how the challenges are meant to work but If I have no bimbo dollars It still doesn't allow me to accept a no stake challenge, I personally feel this makes no sense as if the challenge isn't for a stake surely you don't need money to complete it.

Yehh I was wondering that lol how did you manage to get your BA so low?

The only one I've got which was incorrect was the "you don't have enough money" which I didn't need for a no stake

Death Ray,  I use Safari and am on www4 - it has only ever worked once - when I challenge the screen freezes hence refreshing the page takes me to the previous action performed.  Otherwise it never shows a challenge list in progress.

Acknowledged. I suspect that there maybe an issue with something we call caching and sessions (most websites use this). I have a theory about the cause of this but we'll have to look into it. The problem might stem from the fact that due to load deploying multiple servers has been unavoidable. At this point this is pure speculation, regardless we will look into it. I think for now the obvious thing to do is to try to stay on one server if you can. Part of this speculation leads me to believe that it might be a problem with data only being written when a character logs out or times out. If it's not an inconvenience and the opportunity arises try logging out properly rather than letting it time out and see if the problem still occurs.

The problems with Safari. We currently have allot on our plate and FF/MSIE are our priority due to the fact that most people use these and FF is easily available on all platforms. However we will investigate this in time. In the mean time would if you could try and use firefox and see if that improve things. I assume you are using a mac so you can get it here:

@DeathRay: I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for taking on this mammoth task.  I appreciate how difficult it is working on such a large programme, and if the coding  is in French as well, then you are doing awesome stuff!

no challenges appear even though i've been told that people have challenged me (it says on their computer/site) but not on mine.

i refused a challenge that had a hundred dollars at stake but the game said i had accepted and lost. now i only have 56 dollars!! what can i do?

i dont understand how you get bugs on the game!!!!!!!!!!???????

Hi DeathRay - Thanks for looking into these problems.
I use Firefox 3.0 on Windows Vista SP1

I will get a message (while I have been online) that challenges were completed while I am offline.  I do not get the BD or BA that I have won for these challenges.  I understand that it is sometimes difficult to keep track of amounts, so I have been tracking my BD and BA so that I know for sure weather I got the credit or not.
If I am able to watch the challenge, I do get the BA and BD.
Edited to add: I don't remember what server I was on the first time this happened, but it just did it again on www4.missbimbo.com
I am now down 4000 BD and 400 BA
Edit again:
Again on www4.  Now down 6000 BD and 600 BA.
