NyxUlfr- I work at a check cashing/payday loan store. I am currently seeking another job. I want one with better hours because I work from 10-11 hours a day, 6 days a week.

we monitor patients, play games, charting, alot! we just do alot of interaction. just everyday stuff. not bad.

My sister in law works at a nursing home and I know she finds it very hard. They have to do a lot of lifting them in and out of bed, to the bathroom, feeding them, and sometimes diaper changes. I don't know that I could do it! Especially with a lot of them being in their last days, it would be so hard not to get attached!

I admire you Ty, I know I could not handle a job like that.

My mother also works at a nursing home, has done so for almost 30 years now. Because of all the lifting, her back and shoulders are not working properly anymore. She does get attached, kinda hard avoiding that. I really admire her and I wish that she could get properly paid for what she do.

I am the editor of 3 online newspapers.  I get to work from home any time I want, as long as I get the articles posted.  Problem is my kids always demand my attention, or I get bored and start doing things like visiting Miss Bimbo.

I work part time in a day care center, is a really rewarding job, bacause I get to do what I like, being around kids and playing with them. But it also mean that I catch the flu and stuff like that pretty quickly.
