A bimbo, a chara,

Is there anyone on "Miss Bimbo" with Irish? I hope that if you even have a small bit of Irish that you will talk to me in this form and use your Irish. Or if you are from Ireland, that you would at least like to try it.
Le mise, le meas,
beir bua,

Daoire? Sin an saghas Gaeilge atá agat ar aon nós. Iontach. Bhí mé i connemara, agus maigheo. Colaiste Uisce agus Colaiste Setanta. Bhain mé an-taitneamh as.
Derry Irish? That seems to be what you have anyway? Brilliant, I love all the different sounds. I was in Connemara, and Mayo, Colaiste Uisce and Colaiste Setanta. I totally loved it too!

The gaeltacht I went to was in Donegal, it's really nice there. And I'm not sure what dialect I spoke lol. I'm from Belfast and that's the way we were taught to say 'Cade mar ata tu?', so..
No idea lol.
The one thing I hated was singing class.. and tin whistle! I would pretend I had 'Games' class all day

hehe seriously, my dad was irish and we used to go over to ireland quite a lot, where my cousins would keep talking in gaelic (just to be annoying
cause i didn't understand)
So I started learning it, I thought i had forgotten most of it but its all coming flooding back

lol, I'm scottish and one of our teaches got obsessed with gaelic singing at one point, so we had to sing all these songs wthout knowing what they were about.
Would hve been better if he'd told us.
One of them sounded like it was about tying a shoelace! That's all I can remember
lol
