Hello
As requested next week we will have a Q and A session for the admin. We will be on line in the thread for a few hours from 2pm GMT (just after dinner has settled).
We know some of you have alot of concerns about bimboland and rightly so. We are happy you have concerns and that you care about the site/community. Thats a good start. We will do our best to answer them.
So roll up and fire away with your questions.
A few requests:
a) Please don't ask the same questions that another bimbo has aksed (we will ask mods to delete posts that just repeat a previous question)
b) If you would like to ask difficult questions (as I am sure some of you do!) please do so in a mature manner ie keep it clean and above board
c) Please don't ask all the questions to me! Lets give Nico and Carrie some stick for a change (sorry Nico and carrie)
d) Please keep it to a maximum of 3 questions each or else we will not get home that day.
Oh - We will give 30 000 bimbo dollars to the best questions. (ie we will each choose our favourite question)
See you next Friday

I´m very happy with the new features that are going to come to miss bimbo and I don´t have questions about the game anymore so...:
What do you like most and what less of your job in miss bimbo?
Hello - the blue text is mine! (Chris)
Most = seeing fellow bimbos being kind to each other, having a good time and helping each other out.
Worst = fighting and cheating
It´s the same question for all 3 of you. And thanks for making this Q&A sessions, makes the site even better ^.^
UPDATE: I have a new question about the game. I´ve always believed that breaking up and finding a new boyfriend was a 1:3 chance. But someone posted that Deathray said this theory was incorrect and more factors also matters. So can you tell us which are they?
its top secret!

1. (For Nico/Carrie/Joey) Is there anything being done about the cred cheats? And if so, what? From the looks of things people still seem to be getting away with it
.
2. (For Carrie since she made the announcement about IPs etc) I know that people who use different computers but use the same router have the same IP, but what of those who use internet cafes or are under a network? For instance, my Uni campus uses a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and I know some things like Megaloader which limits downloads per user per day treats the thousands of users on my campus as the same user, does that mean that we all have the same IP?
3. Chris, there seems to be a little bit of confusion over the boards about the 'update'. Will we be in-sync with the French site or will we be completely different? (but still shiney and new). If we're going a different direction will we still get some of the French things like the extra hair styles and make-up etc?
No we will never be the same as the French site. We were working towards that and expected it to happen by mid July. But at the last minute we couldnt agree on how to run the sites and how to move forward together. So we had no choice but to reluctantly start again on our own. It was most annoying and frustrating. Nico was swearing that day - its a good I can't speak French!
That said we are still freinds with them and work together on some points but we have our own plans and designs coming now.
Thanks.

Hi, Annabelle Ablewood was banned yesterday for starting a topic discussing the genetic compatibility of human and ape DNA, the topic name was something like "can apes and humans interbreed". He deliberately specified that this discussion concerned only the genetic compatibility, not biological.
The topic was labelled "disgusting" and closed and Annabelle Ablewood was banned without warning for no reason.
He then did something he has apologized for, he created new accounts. He only used these to talk on the forum as he would normaly, not to disrupt or cause "drama" or anything else. A mod saw his posts on one thread and threatened to delete the whole thread if he posted again. It was a large thread which many people posted on, so he did not post again because he knew it would be unfair on the others who posted there if their thread were deleted.
After this however, he received a PM telling him his account will be permabanned and his ISP contacted.
We at the Diddlyroach Appreciation Society are missing Annabelle as he was a founder of the DAS, and a very active member of the DAS.
Considering the harsh circumstances surrounding his banning, and taking into account his apology, can we look forward to seeing Annabelle unbanned and posting again soon?
Thanks, Carcrash.
As far as I am aware this has been well and truly sorted out. Its very difficult for the mods to ge the balance right. Of course we want to encourage a bit of dynamic conversation about controversial and edgy topics. Miss Bimbo is edgy. Its fun and cool and so we should not stop such conversations. However as soon as there are some edgy topics you can guarantee the mods will get lots of messages asking them to remove it from bimbos whom dont like it. They (mods) do their best to get the balance right. Annabelle please keep up your interesting topics and everyone else please enjoy them considerately.

Hiya!
Well This is to all of you admins!
What do you want to say about the bad press that this site is getting? Do you ever stick up for the site in interiews..or in the newspaper etc?
I dont pay too much attention. The press will write what they want to write. They dont care to take their time to research. Sloppy journalism is rife when it comes to Miss Bimbo

Nico - there was recently a petition sent to you via both email and snail mail. Can you confirm whether or not you received this and if so do you have any thought to share regarding it?

Do Use Agree With The Things Newspapers, Internet, Magazines Say? For Example That Its A Bad Influlence For Teenage Girls? To Be Honsest When I Read About Miss Bimbo In A Shout Magazine, I Thought It Was Very Sad How They Were Slaggiin A Website! People Should Give It A Chance. Its A GREAT Website! xoxoox
No of course I dont agree. We are working hard to make sure Miss Bimbo is a safe moderated fun environment. I would also like to add that Miss Bimbo is for girls and women. Its not designed for children only. Its for daughters, Mothers and Grandmothers

1. What are the things that you like to read most about from your users in the forums? Do you have any threads that you remember or that stick out for any certain reason?
I love it when I see threads started by soemone asking a question and then they get a lovely response by caring people providing great links. There was one thread about depression started and the responses were lovely. It was heart warming to read them!
http://www.missbimbo.com/forum/t58710,1 … ssents.htm
this is great stuff and what Miss Bimbo is all about.
2. When the site first started, did you know most of the original members and were you close with them..like did you post in the forums and stuff a lot? I'm recently new to the site so I always wondered that.. and as the site grew and got more press coverage, did it get harder to stay involved in the community as much.
Well Nico started the site so I will leave to him! Actually he will be late replying to these questions as he is very busy changing the designs and getting them up asap!
3. Is there anything you regret in the building of missbimbo (such as partnering with certain people or so on) or do you see it all as lessons learned?
No there is no points having regrets. We learn new things every day!
thanks for doing another Q and A sess. I missed the last one I was on vacation in Cape Coddddd !! haha

To the creators of the game :
1. How do you plan to use this game to have a positive influence on younger girls (players) since this game has drawn so much attention to it?
2. Do you think that people can use Miss Bimbo as a role model? Why or Why not?
3. What inspires you guys to keep this site up and running everyday?
THANK YOU in advance!

My original first question regarding informal contests being longer has been answered and activated with the Mod contests, very cool! Now I have to think of another question!
1. If you were able to instantly change one thing about the Miss Bimbo game to make it the way you want it, what would that thing be? (for all 4 of you to answer!)
2. Recently I viewed a 'remake the birthday dress' contest. Some of the redesigns were AMAZING!!!! It would be pretty awesome to be allowed to submit redesigns for submission into the game at Nine's. Would that be too difficult? It would be neat for your design to be added to Nine's as a prize, for a limited time only, perhaps.
Link for 'remake the birthday dress contest':
http://www2.missbimbo.com/forum/t57124, … -dress.htm
3. Would you be able to tell us every week or every other week, (you pick, but be consistent!) during your weekly 'update' the current timeline for syncing us with ma-bimbo or making it super-extra-cool, way cooler than ma-bimbo? It is frustrating to not know and I believe that keeping everyone aware of the base timeline would keep things calm around here.

Where did you guys get that nifty tune for the French Kiss game? I want to have it as an mp3 and my phone ring tone but can't find it anywhere.
Serious question by the way.

Nico - I am always curious to hear where people got the inspiration for their names from and I'm curious are you a huge Mario fan? Or does Koopa mean something in French?
Chris, Carrie, and Joey, please feel free to answer the same question about your own names. Where did your inspiration come from? Or are you, like me, devoid of original thought?
Edited for grammar.

1. I noticed that when threads have been closed or when someone was banned it's been mentioned that it's for the "best of the community." Would you ever consider giving the "community" more input on deciding such things?
2. I personally have never been harassed by a mod, but if someone has been harassed what are their options? Considering they do have proof of the harassment what would the consequences be for the offending mod?
Thank you for reading my question.

1) I would like to ask you about a perspective of Miss Bimbo site - we all know that the main popularity comes from negative publicity which is rather short-term. Are you planning to do some media (internet?) campaign which would f.e. include showing some positive aspects of the game?
2) Do you plan to register Miss Bimbo as a trademark and expand your activity to do some market stuff like selling gadgets? My question is also connected with intellectual property aspect - how about licensed activity (f.e. selling rights to open local MB sites - I think Japan/China is a great target for it)?
Online

I'd like to know how I can report harassment and unprofessional language from a MOD.
I'm personally offended by the actions and words of a MOD.

When oh when will there be competition where we can enter out own designs?
Are you guys trying to make the site into a positive example for girls, because to me it kind of defeats the purpose. I thought this was all meant to be taken up as a joke. (I'm asking this because of the healthy eating and role model polls)
Should the people from the French site receive any blame for the sites not becoming in sync?
Carrie do you ever have any suggestions and then the men say "don't be silly, girls don't do that." , Is it strange to be the only lady in the admin for a girl's dress up game?

I am asking a question on behalf of my 11 year old daughter, as rightly so she has limited access to the forums.
She would like to know if Bimbo's of her age will be allowed enter contests, or if there could be a seperate contest for the younger players.
Thanks
Jess

As many have stated dissatisfaction in the threads, here's my question...
(Nico)How can you expect us to stay patient when it comes to promises of site updates when there is an announcement one week ago that every Thursday we'll be getting new clothes and a week later and that promise is already down the drain?
(Chris) We are constantly being told by mods to be patient. Three months of staying patient is pretty good to me. When is it finally ok not to be patient anymore?
(whoever) Why do some posts get deleted when you are not in agreement with something some one said? I understand if there is a personal attack, but just stating opinion?
That is all...no other whiney questions at this time.
***Edited to add my third question***

In the new designer's introductory post, he says that is no longer possible for Miss Bimbo to have the updates Ma Bimbo has. Why is this? How different a route will this game take? Also, what is meant by the current clothes being "redesigned"?
