Well, Photoshop is an app, which allows you to edit and create any kind of digital pictures (as far as you got skills).

It's mostly used by photographers, media enterprises and artists.
The possibilities are endless. If you want to have further information, google for Adobe Photoshop. You'll also find everything on Wikipedia.

I love Photoshop to edit images, but still can not make any type of dress, but I will continue trying to ...

I see that people are making their own clothes...how do you you this? This game will be sooooooooo much fun being able to do this?
