renting places and having room mates
I like the giant palace, but who can afford it? 
I think it be awesome if you could get a limited number of room mates depending on the size of the place, and split the rent, or even buy a place and charge rent.

this would make the game more realistic.
its a good way of making more BD, which has been mentioned a few times in ideas.
ive seen an idea like this before, and someone said that its not fair that youre getting BA for the place and also earniong money for having it too.
so, if you were to rent youre place out, then i dont think you should gwt BA for it at the same time.. do you know what i mean? xx

If you were splitting the BD payment to maintain the place, then you could split the BA that would come from having it in the first place. Otherwise, I don't see how this would work. Who'd want to pay in on a palace if they weren't getting a cut of the BA? (Which is the whole point of renting/buying real estate.)
If you challenge me, watch it, because I won't. I have enough wins to carry me through to level 25, and expecting me to watch 150+ challenges when I'm on the list is ridiculous.

I think if you buy the place, and rent rooms you should get much more BA, after all, you'd be a land lord in a way.
