i believe that i have already posted my idea to broaden the countries from which we can use bank. i am from bosnia and herzegovina, and i have to wait forever to collect enough money, whereas others can progress more rapidly. i do not consider this to be fair. i would be most grateful if anybody dignified to answer to my post....it seems that no one cares about this problem...thank you in advance!

This has been answered many times before so it is hardly fair to say no one cares.
In fact a huge amount different countries are able to use the bank as few countries are excluded from Paypal so maybe you should consider using this option.
As for the phone/sms that is dealt with by a third party. It is a company called Allopass, they are trying to add more countries but it does take time as agreements have to be made with all the different providers etc.
