SPF Parasol?

Does anyone know where I can find a good, sturdy, reasonably cute parasol with SPF factor?  I know I sound totally nuts, but I go outside wearing SPF 45... and still get sun burnt, so I'm taking things to the next level. 

Ideally it would be black, white, or grey, as those are the colors I wear most often, and it would be an everyday thing.  It would also be sturdy (the kind you can use as a walking stick when it's closed) and not obscenely expensive.
