They base it on bimbo attitude, expense of your outfit, how close you are to your ideal weight, happiness.
If you want to win, make sure your bimbo is happy, healthy weight, then wear your most expensive outfit, despite how ugly it might look. Alsop play with people with equal lesser attitude points.
