A lot of things I just google or get out of a cookbook. Do you like tofu? I like to cook with it.
One things that's really simple is dark leafy greens and pasta. The recipe I sort of follow calls for you sauteing some garlic and red pepper, add a bunch of chopped kale, a little bit of veggie stock, cook until just tender, and a can of cannelloni beans, a tiny bit of red pepper flakes and your pasta. The amounts of garlic and pepper don't matter too much, and you switch the beans, change kale for chard. Whole wheat pasta instead of regular, add cheese, or don't. What kind of things do you like to eat?
